No actually. I got over 547 Lynx accesses yesterday on my server.
They didn't have a bitmapped browser.

So what exactly are you trying to say? You want to stop writing
HTML(+) and start shipping bitmapped pages around? Or you want to come
up with a page description language that describes it's output down to
the pixel? For both approaches technologies exist, use them if that's
what you want.

Anyway, how this relates to the HR in H? debate I completely miss.
