I realise this probably isn't exactly the right place for this question, but I'm
hoping somebody knows the answer anyway -

where do I get a copy of all ISO Character entity sets that were defined in
ISO 9573-1991? Most SGML tools seem to only come with the ISO 8879-1986 set.
