It is a little bit harder to use but what is going to happen when we have
1500 email messages on this topic?  Who is going to organize all the
thoughts so that we could ever hope to go back over it all and apply the
information over the long term.  I believe that we need this information
to be structured very much like WIT is doing for us.

I think WIT is a very good idea and I think we *should* use it,
even if it costs a little bit up front.

BTW: I think an email interface into WIT would be pretty easy to
accomplish (using message-id's to track follow-ups and special
headers for opening new topics).
