It's the number NetScape likes to quote. It's pretty meaningless
without further information, like how do you define users, how do you
account for caches, etc. From what I can tell, it comes from sites
that are either NetScape, or referenced directly from NetScapes pages.
My own servers show NetScape (measured by counting raw hits) peaked at
65% in late June, and has fallen to around 50% lately. These numbers
are also meaningless, which puts them on par with the 75% figure.
