You seem to agree, irrespective of motive, that as a "death" is a boundary on
the limits of a population so "conspiracy" is a boundary of PCP.

Not at all. These things you mention are simply stage management; - a placebo
for the masses. Not that you could ever see them as such, but I liken your
so-called competitive structures to various groups of elephantine Scientologists
vying with each other to see who can carve out the most credits from their clam
followers.
