I am using a repertory grid to elicit constructs of effective / ineffective
teamwork and am now qualitatively analysing the constructs to build a model
of effective teamwork.

There has been quite a lot of investigation into the construct of caring in
nurses at both qualitative and quantitative levels. Not sure if this is what
you might be after?
