I would like to make the HTML-WG working materials easy to access.
Since I have a Sun 4MP server (with an ethernet->T3 connection to CERFnet)
at my disposal, I'll copy them here as soon as they are available.
The URLs will be

and   ftp://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/html/


Meanwhile, does anyone know what has happened with the HTML-WG Charter?
There is no official one at 
   <http://www.ietf.cnri.reston.va.us/html.charters/wg-dir.html>
and the one TimBL has at
   <http://info.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/MarkUp/HTML-WG/Charter.html>
is out-of-date and incomplete.
