In Section 11 of <draft-ietf-html-spec-03.txt>:

Shouldn't "Option" be "Select" there?

In Section 11.2 of <draft-ietf-html-spec-03.txt>:
> ALIGN
> Vertical alignment of the image. For use only with
> TYPE=IMAGE.
[...]
> SRC
> A URL or URN specifying an image. For use only with

> TYPE=IMAGE.

I think it was wrong to remove the qualifier "in HTML Level 2" from
these sentences. The text as it now stands is not upward compatible.

Whenever a restriction is stated in the spec, it should be clarified
whether the restriction is an integral part of the language design,
or simply a statement of where the current capabilities of the
language happen to end. This is to allow higher HTML Level
specifications to remain fully backwards compatible with this spec.
