only lists
ISO-10646-UCS-2
I kinda like UTF-8, but I don't see any "official" ways to
refer to it. Since this is just a note, I'm punting:
|To support non-western writing systems, HTML user agents should
|support ISO-10646-UCS-2 or similar character encoding schemes and as
|much of the character repertoire of ISO10646 as is practical as well.
