In general I would not, however, advise acquiring the text from ISO. You get 
much more value for your money buying a licensed, derivitive product (not that 
any form is cheap). Charles Goldfarb's book "The SGML Handbook" (Oxford 
University Press) contains the complete text, with commentary, for not much 
moe than ISO charges for the text alone. Exoterica Corp. (Ottawa) sells a 
hypertext version on their "Compelat SGML" CD-ROM. Both of these are also 
available from the Graphic Communications Association, Alexandria Virginia.
