Interim meeting?

It has been suggested to me in a private conversation that we should
consider scheduling an interim meeting, *before* the Stockholm IETF meeting.
Before doing so, I would want to make sure that:

1. the PURPOSE for doing so is clear
2. the LOGISTICS of the meeting will be well handled
3. there will be enough people in ATTENDANCE to justify the meeting.

Let's say that the strawman proposal is a meeting in the Chicago area, in
middle-late June. If you think this is a good idea, please respond to the
list saying:

1. why you think we need a meeting (purpose)
2. how you might be able to help (logistics)
3. that you would definitely attend (attendance)
