Note that Dan's "LAST CALL" is not an IESG Last Call. Our task now is to
make sure that we still have Rough Consensus on the document. It's been
through reorganization twice in 6 weeks now.
We need the draft in text format for submission as an I-D. This document is
far enough along now that any process which does not result in a valid I-D
is not yet real, as far as I am concerned.
Once the I-D is deposited, and we have Rough Consensus, then I will inform
the IESG folk that we're ready to finish up.
