Two characters are still missing from the ISO Latin-1 table of section
11.1: the Carriage Return at position 13 and the Non-Breaking Space at
position 160. Both are mentionned (and rightly so) in section 5.1,
but flagged as unused in section 11.1.
The comment at the head of the DTD (section 8.1) still refers to an
URL at info.cern.ch. Needs updating. Same for the comment at the end
of the SGML decl. of section 8.2.
