Please don't be reinventing HTML for the 2.0 spec.

While I'd be interested in reading arguments for
ridding ourselves of METHODS and URN, I would
certainly oppose losing TITLE.

Anyway, why would we even want to discuss this now?
Let's get this thing done and then we can start
renovating HTML in small increments.
