The links from the list entitled `HTML Math Entities'
on http://www.hpl.hp.co.uk/people/dsr/html/maths.html all
fail with message `404 Not Found', eg
> The requested URL /people/dsr/html/functions.html was not found on this server.
the server in question being www.htl.hp.co.uk, which satisfactorily
served maths.html so it clearly works. Ergo, I suppose we have some
broken links ...
