    I've been recently playing with some forms that allow a user to change
some of his settings for our mail services.  I'd like to prevent the user from
using the Back button in Mosaic so that he doesn't see his previous settings.
This might also be useful in that Snails and Slugs game that was on the What's
New With NCSA Mosaic last month or so.  Is there a way to tell the browser to
not cache the page?
