When I thought about it some more I realized that we should try to
find a way to distribute all the pieces of the package individually,
so as to facilitate running checksums, etc. If each user has to
cut the DTD out of the spec (as I was mindlessly thinking), there
will be a lot of (slightly and one hopes harmlessly) different
2.0 DTDs floating around; not as good.
Can an I-D have multiple parts/files?
(Thanks for the offer, Joe; I can live without the line numbers
in addition to having another source for the DTD!)
