I have an HTML to LaTeX program (better IMHO than the sed script
available from CERN). I will upload the latest version to NCSA as
html2latex-0.9b.tar.Z.

It handles:
 -- bold, italics, etc
 -- sections, subsections
 -- titling and authorship
 -- numbering or non-numbering the sections
 -- automatic table-of-contentsing

It doesn't know about;
 -- <DL COMPACT>

In the future, I *might* write an HTML style for LaTeX. Maybe.
Possibly.  Hmmm.
