I'd like to make a suggestion for a new HTML feature.

I would like for HTML documents to have some facility to communicate
to an indexing tool (a web worm/spider/etc) what the author believes
is significant.

This is precisely what SGML is for. One reason why I welcome the
additional content-descriptive elements of HTML3.
