Project 3 - What to hand in
WebGrid is a specialist server on WWW that uses techniques from personal
construct psychology (PCP) to allow individuals to make explicit their
mental models of a domain. WebGrid uses Kelly's repertory grid techniques
to elicit personal constructs about a set of elements relevant to
the domain of interest.
Write a 1-2 page report on your results and experiences in the use of WebGrid.
The report should be an HTML document containing the
following:
- Exploration
- Description of the grid created
- Comment on initial impressions
- Link to grid
- Elicitation of constructs on CPSC547 topics
- Explain how you developed you own constructs
- Description of the grid
- Compare the grids (4-way comparision of constructs in terms
of the distictions made and the terminology used). Refer to
"Comparing Constructions through the Web" paper.
- Link to grid
- Elicitation of constructs on your presentation topic
- Description of the grid
- Analysis of the grid - Focus, PrinCom
- Link to grid
NOTE : Since this report is so short, it is important to be very
clear and concise. (don't forget to e-mail the URL on time)
